1. Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician
Job Description :
- The Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician (SAMT) at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) will be responsible for managing the maintenance of aircraft systems, engines, and avionic systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Aircraft Systems Management: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of aircraft systems, engines, and avionic systems
- Technical Expertise: Utilizing a comprehensive understanding of aircraft component structures, electrical systems, blueprints, and diagrams
- Tool and Equipment Mastery: Employing expertise in the use of specialized tools and equipment for efficient maintenance operations
- Compliance and Safety: Adhering to aircraft maintenance guidelines, work instructions, technical manuals, and aviation safety regulations
Minimum Qualifications :
- Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) from an aviation-related major
- Maximum age for selection: 30 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the aviation field
- Possession of a minimum of two Basic/General Licenses (e.g., A1 A4, or C1 C2 C4)
- Applicants with COMA (CFM56 or GTCP 131) or AME Licenses (all type rating) are preferred
- English proficiency test scores from an official institution (the test certificate is valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores: TOEIC 475, TOEFL ITP 400, or IELTS: 4.5

2. Aircraft Maintenance Planner
Job Description :
- The Aircraft Maintenance Planner (AMP) at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks to ensure efficient maintenance operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Production Planning and Forecasting: Overseeing production methods and schedules to ensure timely and efficient maintenance operations
- Material Management: Ensuring the availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment, and managing ground facilities
- Manpower Planning: Conducting strategic planning to maximize manpower efficiency, ensuring alignment with maintenance demands and optimizing workforce utilization
- Record Maintenance: Tracking and maintaining accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities
- Performance Analysis: Analyzing production and business performance to align with established procedures and business objectives
- Budget Management: Managing the budget to control operational costs and enhance revenue optimization
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aviation, Industrial, Physics), Aviation Maintenance Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Maximum age for selection: 30 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the aviation field
- English proficiency test scores from an official institution (the test certificate is valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores: TOEIC: 530, TOEFL ITP: 425, or IELTS: 5

3. Senior Aircraft Structure Technician
Job Description :
- The Senior Aircraft Structure Technician (SAST) at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) will play a crucial role in maintaining and assessing aircraft structures. Key responsibilities include:
- Aircraft Structure Maintenance: Performing maintenance on aircraft structures and assessing damage to airframe-related components
- Damage Assessment: Evaluating the extent of damage and wear to ensure structural integrity
- Rectification Orders: Creating clear and actionable rectification orders based on assessments
- Repairs and Modifications: Executing repairs or modifications within qualifications and in accordance with applicable data and the customer maintenance program
Minimum Qualifications :
- Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) in Aircraft Structures, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Maximum age for selection: 30 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the aviation field
- Possession of Basic/General Licenses (e.g., A1 & A4) is required
- Applicants with Basic Structure Certificate are preferred
- English proficiency test scores from an official institution (the test certificate is valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores: TOEIC: 475, TOEFL ITP: 400, or IELTS: 4.5
