Great Giant Foods Management Trainee

Development program for exceptional fresh graduates with high leadership potensial from any educational background who have strong drive in contributing to GGF and developing professional selves.

Program Duration : 24 month

1. LEAP (Leadership Acceleration Program)

Job Description:

  • Assist in managing departmental projects as required, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the operational, financial processes and objectives of each department.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support, including but not limited to data analysis and report preparation.
  • Participate in the company’s strategic planning initiatives, contributing to performance evaluations through the preparation of reports, data analysis, and presentations.
  • Responsible for managing organizational change initiatives, learning how to apply strategies to evolving business dynamics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
  • Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to relocate across various locations in Indonesia.

2. PLDP (Plantation Leader Development Program)

Job Description:

  • Manage Plantation Operations: Oversee field establishment, maintenance, and harvesting while ensuring adherence to operational standards.
  • Lead Development Projects: Plan, execute, and monitor plantation projects, allocating resources and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Offer expertise in crop management and agronomy, implementing best practices for productivity and sustainability.
  • Mentor Staff and Manage Budgets: Lead and train plantation staff while developing and managing operational budgets and cost control measures.
  • Ensure Safety and Process Improvement: Promote safety compliance and environmental responsibility, while identifying and implementing process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related fields
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
  • Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of work experience in plantation management
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to relocate across various locations in Indonesia.
