LOWONGAN KERJA – PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI) adalah perusahaan patungan antara PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) dan Tsingshan Group, raksasa industri baja nirkarat asal Tiongkok. Didirikan pada tahun 2019, MTI fokus pada pengembangan proyek-proyek industri baterai kendaraan listrik (EV) terintegrasi di Indonesia.

PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia membuka lowongan untuk posisi sebagai berikut:

Shutdown Scheduler

  • The shutdown scheduler is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all stages of the shutdown schedule and preparation before during and after shutdown execution. Collaborating with relevant departments to determine Shutdown duration, time, list activity and resource needs. organizing regular progress meetings, addressing issues, and taking corrective actions., and provides daily, weekly, and final shutdown progress reports.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in with 3 – 5 years’ experience in planning or scheduling, more favoured with experience specifically as a Shutdown Scheduler or in a similar role involving shutdown planning and scheduling.
  • High School or D3 with minimum 5 years’ experience in planning or scheduling, more favoured with experience specifically as a Shutdown Scheduler or in a similar role involving shutdown planning and scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of shutdown processes, project management principles, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, clearly conveying information.
  • Ability to manage and strictly adhere to schedules, multitask efficiently, and organize resources effectively.
  • Skilled in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project), spreadsheets, and other collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build professional integrity, manage emotions, foster teamwork, and apply inclusive practices in the workplace.
