LOWONGAN KERJA – PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation, lebih dikenal sebagai Susi Air, adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang didirikan pada tahun 2004 oleh Susi Pudjiastuti, mantan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan. Maskapai ini berfokus pada layanan penerbangan perintis dan charter, menghubungkan daerah-daerah terpencil di Indonesia dengan pulau-pulau utama.

Susi Air memiliki misi untuk “Membuka Konektivitas, Membangun Ekonomi, dan Memperkuat Persatuan Bangsa” melalui layanan penerbangan yang andal dan terjangkau. Visi mereka adalah menjadi maskapai penerbangan perintis terdepan di Indonesia yang menghubungkan seluruh pelosok negeri dan meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat.

Susi Air memiliki jaringan luas yang mencakup lebih dari 50 destinasi di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk wilayah terpencil di Papua, Kalimantan, dan Nusa Tenggara Timur. Armada mereka terdiri dari berbagai jenis pesawat, seperti Cessna Caravan, Pilatus Porter, dan Air Tractor, yang dirancang untuk mendarat di landasan pacu pendek dan terpencil.

1. HRD Manager

Requirements :

  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Multitasking and able to work individually or in a team

  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Bachelor/Diploma any major from reputable university
  • Minimum 5 year work experience in SPV Human Resource
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Finance Chaser

Responsibilities :

  • Input data from document to company database.
  • Checking the completeness of document from the operational base and unit (Manifest, Stowing and Nota).
  • Reconciliation between document and company database.
  • Communicate and collaborating with base regarding document revisions and document uploads.
  • Checking the revenues.
  • Reconcile income with bank statements.
  • Checking, submitting and sending proof of PJP2U bill payment.

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting.
  • Experience or Fresh Graduate are welcome.
  • Able to compile financial reports.
  • Able to work individually or team work.
  • Worked well under preassure.
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • English is must.

3. Media Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage media team
  • Making monthly plan and report of media team
  • Participate in creative ideation for content and etc
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to develop design outputs that align with our brand message and business objectives
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor/Diploma Degree
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in Media, digital agency, or other creative industries
  • Have creative mind with content planning skill and social media handling.
  • Experience in managing and leading creative team
  • Creative professional with the technical skill for Adobe Photoshop, Al, and Illustrator and willing to work with a wide range of media
  • Photography and Digital marketing skill will be a plus
  • Prior experience in branding and social media
  • Good in teamwork & managing workload
  • High attention to detail and design aesthetics

4. Management Trainee Legal

Responsibilities :

  • Working with the Legal Team on all issues related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the Company.
  • Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
  • Any other assignment needed by the Company.

Requirements :

  • Diploma/BachelorIs degree of Law from Reputable University
  • Minimum 1-year work experience
  • Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
  • Able to handle company documents and permits
  • Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
  • Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Intermediate in multitasking
  • Flexible in terms of working hours

5. Management Trainee Human Resource

Responsibilities :

  • Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems.
  • Policy Development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Previous HR experience or internships is a great plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • English is mandatory
  • Willing to work in Head Office in Pangandaran, and willing to work out to all around in Indonesia (if needed).

6. Management Trainee Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities :

  • Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
  • Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque administration.
  • Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Major from reputable university
  • Maximum age 25 years old
  • Familiar with accounting software
  • Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
  • Able to work individually and within a team
  • Work well under pressure
  • Creative, innovative, and have a good character
  • Excellent organizational skill
  • Skilled in multitasking
  • Flexible in terms of working hours

7. Back End Development

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Berkolaborasi dengan frontend developer untuk mengintegrasikan backend APIs
  • Mengembangkan, menguji, dan menyebarkan solusi web berbasis dinamis
  • Mengembangkan aplikasi mobile atau hybrid merupakan nilai tambah
  • Integrasi sistem pihak ketiga seperti solusi pembayaran, agen perjalanan
  • Bekerjasama dengan bisnis dan operasi untuk menentukan user journey
  • Merancang dan mengembangkan API menggunakan NestJs Framework
  • Implementasi model data dan skema database untuk SQL dan NoSQL
  • Menulis query database yang efisien dan mengoptimalkan kinerja database
  • Mendokumentasikan kode dan API untuk pemeliharaan dan referensi masa depan

Persyaratan:

  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun
  • Kemampuan coding backend secara manual
  • Pengalaman kuat dengan database SQL dan NoSQL
  • Pengalaman dengan Javascript dan NestJS
  • Pengalaman dengan AJAX, JSON
  • Pengalaman dengan situs web E-commerce
  • Mampu mengintegrasikan layanan pihak ketiga
  • Pengalaman dengan REST API
  • Mampu mengembangkan menggunakan Typescript adalah keharusan
  • Pengalaman dengan Nginx dan Apache merupakan nilai tambah
  • Pengalaman menggunakan Bitbucket untuk manajemen versi dan repositori kode
  • Sikap positif
  • Dapat mulai bekerja segera atau dengan pemberitahuan singkat
