LOWONGAN KERJA – PT Honda Prospect Motor (PT HPM) adalah perusahaan otomotif asal Jepang yang merupakan Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merek (ATPM) mobil Honda di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tanggal 15 Februari 1999 oleh PT Imora Motor (51%) dan Honda Motor Company (49%).
PT HPM memiliki dua pabrik perakitan mobil, yaitu di Sunter, Jakarta Utara, dan Karawang, Jawa Barat. Pabrik di Sunter memiliki kapasitas produksi sebesar 100.000 unit per tahun, sedangkan pabrik di Karawang memiliki kapasitas produksi sebesar 150.000 unit per tahun.
PT HPM memproduksi berbagai macam mobil Honda, mulai dari mobil penumpang, mobil komersial, hingga sepeda motor. Beberapa model mobil Honda yang diproduksi oleh PT HPM antara lain Honda Brio, Honda Mobilio, Honda CR-V, Honda HR-V, Honda City, Honda Jazz, Honda Odyssey, Honda Accord, Honda BR-V, Honda Vario, dan Honda Scoopy.
PT HPM juga memiliki jaringan penjualan dan purna jual yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Jaringan penjualan PT HPM terdiri dari 1.200 dealer dan 1.800 jaringan layanan purna jual.

General Requirements (STAFF) :
- Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL
- COVID-19 vaccine certificate-full doses (up to 1st booster is welcomed)
- Have valid Certificate of Good Conduct Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)
1. Sales Planning & Niguri Staff
Craft a compelling marketing strategy that can be effectively executed across all Honda dealers to boost sales targets. This approach will not only enhance our sales performance but also enable us to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the strategy and its outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement and success.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Marketing Management, Business
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong ability in numerical data processing
- Proficient in operating MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
2. Compensation & Benefit Staff
Take charge of performance appraisals by leveraging the global application (SAP SuccessFactors) while effectively collaborating with Honda’s regional and global system developers for optimal results.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor of Management, Industrial Engineering
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to be hired as a contract employee

3. Customer Care System Dev. Staff
Create a robust CRM program and system designed to significantly boost customer trust and satisfaction. Strategically plan the development of a comprehensive Data Enhancement system, incorporating user-friendly mobile applications. Collaborate actively with all departments to optimize customer data utilization and drive impactful marketing campaigns.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor of Information Systems, Information Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science
- Preferably have experience in system dev project
- Understand Software Dev Fundamentals/Software Dev Process, and Software Requirements
- Good teamwork and problem solving skills

4. Parts Export Control Staff
Effectively operate export by managing parts order from Asian Parts Center Thailand, coordinating with local procurement & in house team to ensure availability, and achieving time delivery target.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Management
- Expertise in Ms. Excel (data inputting and procesing, arithmetic, and statistical calculations)
- Have knowledge in supply chain
- Thorough and systematic in working
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)

5. Inventory Control Staff
Manage parts inventory levels to meet market demand and enhance customer service satisfaction, ensuring a continuous supply of non-current parts under optimal purchasing conditions.

6. Industrial Relation Staff
Foster collaboration among team members while ensuring adherence to company policies for a productive workplace. Offer targeted coaching to employees who have committed disciplinary offenses to help them understand the impact of their actions and guide them toward improved behavior. Engage with the department risk owner to proactively foresee and mitigate potential labor risks.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor of Law, Management
- Discipline and firm
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
