1. Brand Building

Responsibilities :

  • Gather latest insights in e-commerce, latest trends, and digital platform as input for activation, KOL, and e-commerce visual communication
  • Support preparation for offline events
  • Develop creative ideas in planning to evaluating promotion and activation across channel
  • Support development for design, and brand visual

Requirements :

  • An active undergraduate student
  • Able to collaborate effectively with team members and also working independently
  • Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and environments, demonstrating agility in response to new challenges
  • Understands the dynamics of e-commerce ecosystem (visual presentation, promotional strategies, and market trends)
  • Possesses a strong creative flair and a sense of design

2. Beneva Invesment

Responsibilities :

  • Input data from reports into tables on Google Sheet.
  • Create data visualizations using a visual analytics platform.
  • Develop interactive dashboards for portfolio investment.

Requirements :

  • An active undergraduate student
  • Familiar with databases, data manipulation, and creation,
  • maintenance, and automation of dashboards.
  • Proficient in operating visual analytics platforms such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Redash, and PowerBI.
  • Able to read various types of reports (financial, management, accounting, etc.).
  • Knowledge of capital markets/portfolio management is a plus.
  • Fast learner and able to work independently.
  • Able to work in a hybrid setting (3-4 days WFO, 1-2 days WFH)

3. Commercial

Responsibilities :

  • Regularly conduct research on industry trends and competitors, including digital content & offline channels
  • Assist in analyzing data and reports (daily e-commerce performance)
  • Develop creative ideas in planning to evaluating promotion and activation across channel
  • Actively involve in marketing activity in e-commerce
  • Assist in cross-function collaboration project with internal and external team

Requirements :

  • An active undergraduate student
  • Able to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the beauty and indie beauty industry, including trends, key players, and consumer preferences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite, and Canva or similar design tools
  • Digital savvy (aware about popular trends in social media)
  • Willing to work in-office (WFO) for a minimum of 3 days/week.
  • Placement: Tangerang, Padang & Jambi

4. Digital Transformation

Responsibilities :

  • Create content brief and social media plans
  • Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for daily posts, stories, and reels on social media (TikTok and IG)
  • Analyze and monitoring social media performance metrics and insights to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions.

Requirements :

  • An active undergraduate student
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Creative and initiative mindset in creating social media plans
  • Confident in speaking in front of the camera
  • Experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in using social media editing tools
  • Willing to work full-time offline (WFO)

5. HR Services

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate the transition process of Human Resources (HRS) documentation from old systems to new systems.
  • Develop end-to-end Work Instructions (IK) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Create and Update Video or Media Communication for HRS Plant Content

Requirements :

  • An active undergraduate student
  • Proficient in creating posters/videos using Canva, Photoshop, and similar tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Able to create diagrams for process visualization and documentation.
  • Willing to work from office (WFO), Plant Jatake area.

6. Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities :

  • Optimization calculation process of raw material requirement
  • Digitalization of Indirect Material product catalog
  • Assisting in the creation of a simplified buying process via product catalogs
  • Standardizing the catalog for all Indirect Material products
  • Assisting in the creation of a contract with the relevant vendor
  • Maintain SSC performance dashboard

Requirements :

  • An active undergraduate student, preferably from faculty of Engineering or Science
  • Good interpersonal skill, active, and proactive
  • Possesses strong time management skills and analytical skills
  • Proficient in using and mastering Microsoft Office Excel and Google Spreadsheet
  • Willing to work full-time offline (WFO) in Paragon Plant, Jatake Tangerang

7. Work Place Management

Responsibilities :

  • Developing Web Canteen Project
  • Developing Mailing Room System
  • Establishing Digital Tools Standards for Plant Area
  • Assist in Creating New Documents for Unfinished WPM Project
  • Revising WPM Expiring Documents
  • Building WPM Project Reports Dashboard
  • Establishing Standards Sign and Common Facility Maps

Requirements :

  • An active undergraduate student
  • Proficient in creating posters/videos using Canva, Photoshop, and similar editing software.
  • Familiar with the fundamentals of creating and managing online platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and others).
  • Capable of creating diagrams to visualize data and concepts effectively.
  • Willing to Work from Office (WFO) and be placed at Plant Area

8. HRBP Distribution Centre

Area Placement: Aceh, Banten, Medan, Solo, Bekasi, Tegal, Padang, Palembang, Rantauprapat, Sukabumi, Bukitting, Bengkulu, Makassar.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist in HR Activities such as engagement/retaining activities, recruitment process administration, operational learning execution, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Family Gathering
  • Handle Workplace Management (WPM) & Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) implementation
  • Assist in managing social media & corporate branding

Job Requirements :

  • Undergraduate student min. 6th semester, all majors
  • High interest in Human Resources field
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication
  • Experienced in organization & event management
  • Proficient in Canva, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Social media & Digital Savvy
  • Willing to work from the specified office location
